The aim is to prepare students for demanding specialist and management tasks in national and international companies in different industries. In addition to ensuring that students are able to balance their studies with their work, the Master’s degree program offers an opportunity to learn in an interactive and practice-oriented setting.

The part-time Master’s degree program allows students to specialize in „Marketing“ or „Sales“ and to focus more or less strongly on „Digital Business“, depending on their interests. The course content is taught in ten modules that build on each other.
Structure & Modules:
- Basis (Strategies & Instruments): Basic tools for marketing and sales, including strategies and marketing mix instruments.
- In-depth (Technologies & Methods): More detailed tools for marketing and sales, including management of key assets such as applications, data, customer relationships and brands.
- Specialization (Approaches & Concepts): Transfer-related tools for marketing and sales, including approaches to identify the state of the art in research and practice as well as application to questions in the own company.

Depending on their current or future professional activity, participants can choose between the specialization „Marketing“ and „Sales“ and thus acquire know-how from this area while working. At the same time, the course also imparts the necessary know-how from the other area in order to ensure smooth cooperation with or a later change to this area.
In addition, a primarily digital focus or a primarily analogue focus can be selected in the specialization modules. The proportion of content on „Digital Business“ also changes depending on this. -
On the one hand, the part-time Master’s degree program is aimed at young professionals who, parallel to their professional activities, are seeking further academic qualification and improvement of their career opportunities in marketing or sales.
On the other hand, it addresses university graduates who want to combine master studies & career entry and thus master degree & first career steps.
